In Grade 10, I joined the ISB Robotics club, and competed in the VEX V5 Robotics competition under the number 86832B. I assumed the roles of programmer, builder and graphic designer.
Pictured below is our lovely robot and a not-so-lovely image of me:

Even though this was my first season, I was spearheaded into learning a new library on top of learning a new programming language, which was quite
This is the team logo I created, in the center is B as it is the letter our team was assigned, the icons encircling the letter B each represent a member of ur team, which they picked themselves. I am represented here by the “01” icon, as I am a Hatsune Miku fan (iykyk :3).

The engineering notebook is a documentation of a team’s design process, submitted by teams to be eligible for judged awards. To help us stand out from the rest, I designed front and back covers for our engineering notebook, which was then printed onto a bound book.

If you’re interested in reading the complete engineering notebook, it can be found here!

Spirit is a major component of the competition, and so I thought it only fair that we order a copious amount of silly and not-so-silly stickers!
I also designed and ordered team hoodies for each member of the team, with the team number imprinted on a license plate on the back, and each member’s individual icon printed on the front.

We also became the first ISB Robotics team in history to have its individual social media presence, pictured below.

Moving away from the design aspect, our cohort of members were the first to win any awards under the team number 86832B, also becoming tied for most decorated team at ISB, winning 2 Innovate Awards at TIS Robotics Challenge and ACAMIS VEX Robotics North, and 1 Energy Award at ACAMIS VEX Robotics Nationals.
